* They want free market as long as they have to compete with small enterprises.
* They want govt to absolve their debts but would torment farmers to death to exact their lendings.
* They’d run to the govt for more loans everytime they are in crisis but would oppose a welfare state.
* They want govt to bail them out but oppose subsidies given to farmers. 
* They openly confess they can increase GDP but they can’t provide jobs.
* Everytime the economy crashes their profits multiply.
* They want risks and investments to be nationalized but profits to be privatized.

Yes, the rich are the only minority that’s eating up this country.

Hatred in the belly

When violence has hegemonized every pore of your religion you’d obviously believe your religion is peaceful. 

As Brecht said when violence exceeds a limit it becomes part of life.

This is why the news of nine-month pregnant Dalit woman getting beaten up for “polluting garbage bin” has got nothing to do with Hindutva and everything to do with Hinduism.

Because Worshipping dumb animals, wasting oil and food on lifeless stones and brutalizing nine-month pregnant Dalit woman for “polluting garbage bin”, this, my friends, is “normal” Hindu morality. 

As BR Ambedkar said, when a Hindu is being racist, casteist, sexist or xenophobic; he isn’t being a bad human as he’s just being a good Hindu. 

This is the reason why privileged castes always find atheism, liberalism, Ambedkarism, Marxism, feminism and progressive ideologies as anti privileged caste or privileged caste hating ideologies; Its because they are the main beneficiaries of religion, bigotry, casteism, labor exploitation, sexism, , racism and superstition.

Just Fiction.

The bad and the worse.

Seems though the Country was actually doing quite well both at the social and economic level and maybe that’s why they brought a fascist to power. 
Now at the social level, we went from demanding criminalization of marital rape to demanding a law against mob lynching. 

We went from demanding the right to marry whoever we want to demand the right to eat whatever we want. 

We went from food security act to denying children midday meal. 

In jobs, we went from no new job creation to the loss of 20 Million jobs.

Notice how they openly talk about love jihad on TV.

In education, we went from demanding an increase in stipend to saving whatever is being given. 

In economy, we went from 8% GDP to 3%. 

From demanding new universities we came down to saving the existing ones.

We went from demanding free education to saving education. 

And not to mention we went from demanding Socialism to saving Democracy and Constitution. 
All this happens, this nation resembles the US of Jim Crow and the Germany of 1930s. We have a “forced” recession and we see a drastic decrease in people’s purchasing power. 

But in spite of all this in spite of GDP coming down by 2%, we see the top 100 richest Indians increasing their wealth by 26% and don’t forget Jay Shah. 

And don’t forget these are the people who have fiercely been rallying behind this Man. 

Because although everyone’s suffering. They are doing quite well.

More Fiction

In the movie War for the Planet of the Apes:
The Humans feared an evolved emancipated Ape kind would replace their kind.
The humans waged war on apes fearing they may enslave them.
The Humans used apes to fight apes.
The humans eliminated any human infected by the virus that made apes smarter.
As apes got smarter the Humans became weaker.
The humans emprisoned apes and used them as a disposable workforce.
The Humans used few selected apes as prison guards.

Of course, it’s only a fiction!

On Violence

Everything is violence but only the one that’s unconventional is visible. Violence is the foundation stone of any civilization and there is no escape from it.  In a civilization one just can’t escape violence.  It’s only that which type of violence one chooses to see. Like refraining from non-vegetarian diet because it kills animals but hoarding iPhones and gadgets despite knowing the fact that slaves manufacture is once such choice and also a great example of doublethink.

80% of the food comes from small farms and we are all aware that farmers are being underpaid and committing suicide. So how come one’s heart swell over animals being killed for your food but not humans being dehumanized for the same? Because one form of violence is evident and the other is hidden?

So like I said it depends on a person which kinda violence he wants to see and which one he wants to ignore. Some feel violence against animals is against their conscience some feel addressing violence against the human is more pertinent. I choose the later. There is a reason why veganism is called the first world ideology.

End of History?

Political Economists: Keynesian model has exhausted itself. There is no alternative to capitalism.
Philosophers: The last ism was Sartre’s Existentialism, nothing new here.
Politics: There is no alternative to Modi, Erdoğan, Dureter, Putin and Trump.
Economy: There is no alternative to neoliberalism.
Cinema: Here we have sequels, prequels and remakes. 
Music: We make new songs by altering the old.
Literature: Fictions based on real events that occurred in medieval times.
Art: We have a 5-tonne rock and lines drawn on a white sheet.
And NEVER forget there is no alternative to Democracy either.

The old is dying and the new cannot be born, these are the times of morbid symptoms.
Or simply end of history….. For now.
